The gardens are around 8,000m2 and drop in elevation towards the coast providing an impressive view of the sea from the house. It offers an exceptional opportunity to create unique outdoor experiences for members.
The gardens are a protected green area with no construction permitted, but they can be landscaped and activated with temporary structures.
The small pool can be upgraded to provide a tranquil and relaxing bathing area with some lightweight changing facilities and a pop-up sauna and cold plunge tub.
This space is a key part of the offer, giving members access to huge landscaped, active space. The key is to promote engagement and delight, but maintain a sense of wonder and space.
There will be numerous “hang-out” areas within the garden and members can request service via the app, or approach one of the pop-up bars that will operate during peak times.
