“Txoko” means nook or cozy corner in Basque.
Txokos are private venues where groups of friends (cuadrillas) gather to cook and spend time together around the dinner table.
Txoko House has food and socialising at its core, but alongside gastronomic events; art, music and performance are interwoven into the venue’s fabric.
